Can you ask the dry cleaners to shrink clothes that are a size too big?

So, I bought a size 32 Evisu x Puma jean but well... it's big x]. I'm a size 30 so I though it'd be alright ( I bought it off the internet). I don't want to mess up the jeans by trying to shrink the jeans by myself because I don't know how to shrink it. I was thinking of asking the dry cleaners if they do shrink jobs, so... do they? x]
