Do you think this will stop me from being cyber 'bullied'?

there are a group of girls who are rude and kind of snobby. They think if you don't give out your facebook, person info like real name etc you are 'fake'. One girl in particular bullied me online and called me ugly and names saying she liked the guy I like and that I'm fake and then acted like she wanted me to go on cam-I dont know her irl. I think she has been watching me online because she commented on any name changes I made like if I said Jess instead of Jessica and some of my comments. If she really thinks I'm so horrible and ugly why would she want me to go on cam? Naturally I'm a shy reserved person even moreso online. Should I go on cam for her though? If I do it will be because she asked or 'bullied' me into doing so. I'd rather cam with friends and ppl I like that are nice to me. I feel if I went for her it would be an invasion of my privacy and in a way that she 'won'. Then again if I do maybe it will shut her up and she can stop making rude false comments about me. Other than that it's a pretty great site that I like
