Lip swelling??? HELP!!!?

just 5 minutes ago i was sitting down on my computer, i had a smoke then 2 minutes later i felt a slight heated sensation in the left sided of my upper lip, it felt as if the heat was moving down my slip and it swelled (like a cm wide)??? what the hell is that?? its not painfull but im really confused and worried please help!!!!
