10 week old puppy sounds congested?

Within the last day or so my Weimaraner puppy has started to sound really congested. It was just every now and then but tonight when I came home I noticed she sounds congested with almost every breath. She is running and playing and seems very spunky, but I just tried to feed her and she did not eat much (dry food.) She just had her shots on Friday, not sure if that could cause anything or not. Some friends said not to worry about it if she is acting ok, but what do you guys think? She is congested enough that I keep expecting her to cough up or blow out a big snot ball.
