Dennis Miller said Americans should hire illegals to build the wall, then flip them over it. Is he right?

On the O'Reilly Factor, he said illegal Mexicans should build the wall to block them from entering again, and then Americans force them over the wall back to Mexico. Do you agree with Dennis Miller. By the way, O'Reilly got a good laugh out of it, like I did. It makes total sense to me!
