A doctor please, im sad?

the last 2 days i heve been injected gentamicine 1mg cause i had an infection intestinal, yesterday i was ok, but in the nite, 3 - 4 am i wake up wit a terrible pain like fire in my stomach, the pain is so painfull that all my arms is paining too, any doctor can said me what can i do?
