Everyone, could your provide your thoughts on platonic friendships?

I think as long as you don't ignore your spouse for them, it is fine. My husband used to have a female friend who he knew before me, but he would stop our conversation to text her very lengthy texts, which bothered me because he would interrupt me, and he did it numerous times daily. But as long as you don't make the friend the number one priority, I don't see the problem.
