I need advice on how to work this "issue" out!!!?

Okay, so I like a girl... a lot, and have been for a while. No problem, right? Unfortunately, we dated 2 years ago. We are also still really good friends. I kind of hinted that I liked her, but haven't told her. I'm kind of weary as to if I should or not because she thinks we're "too good of friends" and she wouldn't want dating to mess things up. I don't quite understand that considering we'd already been through it once before, but didn't bother to ask how or why. So anyways... my question is... what should I do? Should I tell her? See how things go? Move on? I can't decide. If she said that she hated me, I'd stop being friends with her so she'd be happy. That's how much I care for her.
