Traveling to Bangkok, Phuket, and Koh Phag-ngan. What should I do?

I'm plannign a romantic and fun trip to bangkok, phuket, and koh phag-gnan. Was wondering where I should stay that's nice, has a great view, and is reasonable and where to find nightlife, shopping, tourist attractions, tours, and things to do in each of these places.. any suggestions?
