I'm sacred... could this be ?

I have been having with the same guy for 3 months... messed up a few times before then but now every other month i get these sores on my they look as if i have irritated a simple then scratched the skin off of it and now i have these painfull blisters close to the inside of my ... i plan to in to the doctor just want some insight before i go get tested
